How do I return/exchange my item?

We hope you are happy with your purchase at Nature Footwear, but if you wish to return your item, simply print out the return form attached to your order confirmation (or use the standard cancellation form found at the bottom of the terms and conditions here ). You then pack your goods in a box and put your return label on the outside. Find more help here or check our contact information at the bottom of the page.
Goods purchased on can be returned/exchanged and refunded within 14 days of receiving your original order - provided that the goods are in their original condition and packaging.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns if the item has been used, damaged or does not meet our return requirements (see additional requirements here ).
Nature Footwear is not responsible if the returned package is damaged or lost in the shipment.

If you wish to exchange your item, we will wait until the returned package is received before we send you the new item.

What is your privacy policy?

Your privacy is important to us. At Nature Footwear, we only collect information that is necessary to be able to send your order or get in touch with you about it.

The information we collect when ordering includes name, shipping address, billing address, email and phone number. We do not save payment or card details. We also sell your personal information to third parties. We reserve the right to change this personal data policy at any time.

All personal information provided through this page is protected. No information is passed on to third parties. The server at Nature Footwear uses special encryption to ensure that the information remains protected. In addition, online security has been added to protect your information from unauthorized use in the form of advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. What do I do if I have problems when ordering?

If you experience an error when ordering, it may be that your browser and our website do not cooperate. Depending on when the error occurs, your bank may hold the payment in your account, but the money will not be sent to Nature Footwear.

How can I keep an eye on my order?

To see the status of your order, simply log in to your account. Here you can choose to view your order, and then see if it has been completed, is being shipped or if it needs to be shipped.

If you have completed the order as a guest, you have received a tracking link with the order. Contact the team on the chat in the lower right corner or see additional contact information at the bottom of the page.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped 1-2 days after you order it. You can always check the status of your order by logging into your account, or by checking the tracking link you received with your shipping email.

What do I do if I want to change my order?
