Shipping:

Your package will be sent with GLS or Post Danmark. The delivery of your package depends on which country you are in. Feel free to contact us for questions about your shipment / delivery. All shipments will receive a tracking link, which will be sent to your email. Please note that returns outside Denmark are not included in the shipping price and the same applies to import duties, taxes etc. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return:

If you change your mind about your purchase, you must send your order back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have received the item. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

Complete the return form attached to your order confirmation and send it together with your returned item (or find the form here ). You then pack your goods in a box and put your return label on the outside. Remember to remove or cover the original delivery label. Contact us if you are missing a return label for your order - and we will make sure you get one.

Missing original packaging may constitute a reduction in value, so to be sure of receiving all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in original packaging.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

Refund:

If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and under all circumstances no later than 14 days from the date you received the shoes. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.
