We do not charge card fees, and the amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.
When purchasing with ViaBill, you will receive your goods, and then the interest- and fee-free monthly payment is due on the 20th of the month. The agreement on payment with ViaBill expires when a purchase is cancelled, cf. section 26 of the Forbrugeraftaleloven.
ViaBill finances purchases up to DKK 2,000. Amounts over DKK 2,000 are financed in collaboration with SparXpress.

Right of withdrawal:

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item, or take physical possession of the last item, in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by contacting us on the chat, at info@nature.dk or on +45 73 70 93 28. You can also use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions. In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase:

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased under one order. Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

Return:

If you change your mind about your purchase, you must send your order back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have received the item. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

Complete the standard cancellation form (found at the bottom of the trading conditions) or the return form attached to your order confirmation and send it with your returned item (or find the form here ). You then pack your goods in a box and put your return label on the outside. Remember to remove or cover the original delivery label. Contact us if you are missing a return label for your order - and we will make sure you get one. However, this only applies to our Danish customers. If you live abroad, you must pay for the return shipping yourself.

Missing original packaging may constitute a reduction in value, so to be sure of receiving all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in original packaging.

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the product's nature, characteristics and the way it functions. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

Refund of the purchase amount:

If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and under all circumstances no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

    Right of complaint:

    "Købelovens" defect rules may apply to goods purchases.
    As a consumer, you have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or normal wear and tear.

    You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

    If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending so that we can refund your shipping costs.

    When returning the item, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible.
    We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery.

    Personal data policy:

    We need the following information when you shop with us:

    Name, address, phone no. and email address.

    We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you. The personal information is registered with Nature ApS and stored for five years, after which the information will be deleted.

    We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

    We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

    You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.

    If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.     If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact customer service at info@nature.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to:

    In order to be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed .
